When everybody loves Mom or Dad but nobody is quite sure who's doing what, caregiving can become overwhelming fast.

The Family Care Organization Session™ is a focused 60-minute session designed to help families organize the practical responsibilities involved in supporting an aging loved one.

Your family may already be helping with appointments, meals, transportation, shopping, paperwork, check-ins, household needs, or caregiving coverage—but the information is scattered between text messages, calendars, notebooks, and different family members.

Community Glow helps you bring those moving pieces together and create a clearer family care plan.

This isn't about deciding who should do everything. It's about looking at what your loved one currently needs, identifying what needs to be handled, and helping your family create a realistic system for managing it.

During your session, we may work through:

• Current family care needs and priorities
• Who is currently helping and with what
• Family availability and caregiving coverage
• Appointment and transportation responsibilities
• Meal, grocery, and household needs
• Shopping and supply responsibilities
• Important contacts and information
• Family communication and updates
• Tasks that are being missed or duplicated
• Areas where additional outside support may be needed
• Questions the family still needs answered
• Practical next steps and responsibility assignments
