Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase products or services from Community Glow.
If you request assistance for another person, you confirm that you have permission or appropriate authority to provide the information and request contact or assistance on that person’s behalf.
Nonmedical Nature of Services
Community Glow is a nonmedical navigation, research, referral, organization, and concierge service.
Community Glow does not:
Diagnose or treat medical conditions
Provide medical, nursing, therapeutic, or emergency services
Prescribe, recommend, administer, or manage medication
Determine the medically appropriate level of care
Provide legal, tax, insurance, investment, or financial advice
Guarantee eligibility for government benefits or assistance programs
Guarantee acceptance by any facility, provider, program, or agency
Replace a physician, nurse, social worker, attorney, financial professional, insurance professional, or other licensed provider
Information provided by Community Glow is intended to help families understand options, become organized, and identify possible next steps. Medical, legal, financial, and care decisions should be made with the appropriate licensed professionals.
Emergencies and Urgent Situations
Do not use this website, email, voicemail, or online forms for emergencies.
If someone is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service immediately.
Community Glow does not provide crisis intervention, emergency response, protective services, or continuous monitoring. Website forms and messages may not be reviewed immediately.
Senior Placement and Referral Assistance
Community Glow may help families identify and contact senior-living communities, residential care homes, home-care providers, hospice organizations, community programs, or other resources.
Community Glow does not own, operate, supervise, manage, license, or control third-party facilities or service providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Families remain responsible for:
Evaluating each facility or provider
Reviewing current licensing and inspection information
Asking questions about services, staffing, safety, pricing, and policies
Reading contracts before signing
Consulting healthcare professionals about care needs
Making the final selection and placement decision
Availability, pricing, licensing status, services, staffing, admissions requirements, and quality may change without notice. Information supplied by a third party may not always be complete or current.
Community Glow does not guarantee that a particular community or provider will have availability, accept an individual, meet every requested preference, or remain suitable after placement.
Referral Compensation
Community Glow may receive a referral or placement fee from a participating senior-living community, residential care provider, home-care provider, or other organization when a family chooses that provider.
Any material referral relationship relevant to a recommendation will be disclosed as appropriate.
Community Glow may not have referral relationships with every available provider and does not represent that its referral network includes every possible option.
Placement assistance may be offered without a direct charge to the family when compensation is available from a participating provider. If a service requires a family-paid fee, that fee will be disclosed before purchase or before paid work begins.
A referral fee does not guarantee that a provider is the best or only option for a particular family. The family remains responsible for independently evaluating its choices.
Resource Information and Third-Party Programs
Community Glow may provide information about government programs, nonprofit organizations, transportation, meals, caregiver support, benefits, equipment, housing, and other community resources.
Program rules, funding, availability, eligibility requirements, application procedures, and contact information may change without notice.
Community Glow does not:
Control third-party programs
Decide who qualifies
Approve or process government benefits
Guarantee funding or assistance
Guarantee the accuracy of information supplied by another organization
Guarantee that an application will be approved
You should confirm important information directly with the organization responsible for the program.
Concierge and Coordination Services
Concierge services may include research, comparison lists, shopping assistance, appointment coordination, family organization, order coordination, or other practical nonmedical support described in the service listing.
Community Glow may assist with an order only after receiving the customer’s authorization. Customers remain responsible for:
Approving selected products or services
Confirming names, addresses, sizes, quantities, and other order details
Paying product prices, taxes, shipping charges, and third-party fees
Reviewing third-party warranties and return policies
Confirming that products or equipment are appropriate with a qualified professional when necessary
Community Glow does not manufacture, store, ship, install, prescribe, or warrant third-party products.
Product availability, pricing, delivery estimates, and shipping times are controlled by the seller or delivery provider. Community Glow is not responsible for third-party delays, substitutions, defects, recalls, lost packages, or fulfillment errors, but we may assist the customer with reasonable follow-up within the purchased service scope.
Appointment coordination does not guarantee appointment availability, provider acceptance, transportation, attendance, or service outcomes.
Family Care Hubs and Personalized Organization Services
Community Glow may create personalized Notion-based Family Care Hubs, printable binders, schedules, lists, checklists, or other organizational systems.
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate information and instructions
Reviewing the completed setup
Correcting outdated or inaccurate information
Maintaining and updating the system after delivery
Managing access permissions and authorized users
Keeping independent copies of important documents
Protecting account credentials and sensitive information
These systems are organizational tools and are not medical records, emergency systems, medication-management services, or substitutes for instructions from healthcare professionals.
Third-party platforms such as Notion may experience outages, updates, feature changes, or account-access issues outside Community Glow’s control. The customer’s use of those platforms is also governed by the platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical-portal passwords, original medical records, or other information that is unnecessary for the requested setup.
Purchases, Prices, and Payments
Prices will be displayed on the applicable product or service page, checkout page, invoice, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
Payment is due before work begins
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Applicable taxes, authorized shipping costs, or separately selected third-party purchases may be added at checkout
Required Community Glow service fees will be disclosed before purchase
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is provided
Community Glow may correct accidental pricing, description, or availability errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and are also subject to those providers’ terms and security practices.
Service Timelines and Customer Cooperation
Estimated completion dates are estimates unless Community Glow expressly agrees to a guaranteed deadline in writing.
Timely completion may depend on the customer providing:
Complete and accurate information
Required approvals
Requested documents or preferences
Responses to follow-up questions
Access needed to complete a personalized setup
Customer delays, incomplete information, changes in scope, third-party response times, platform outages, or circumstances outside Community Glow’s reasonable control may extend the timeline.
If a customer requests work outside the original service scope, Community Glow may require an additional fee and updated timeline before performing the additional work.Digital Products and License
Digital downloads, templates, guides, planners, checklists, workbooks, and other digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal or household use unless the product listing expressly provides different rights.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute a digital product

Please review that policy before purchasing.
When a third-party product, facility, provider, or service is involved, its own cancellation, deposit, refund, and return policies may also apply.
Accuracy of Customer Information
You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Community Glow may rely on the information supplied by you, your authorized representative, a referring professional, or a participating provider. We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, withheld, or outdated information.

By submitting an inquiry or providing contact information, you authorize Community Glow to contact you regarding the request, referral, order, appointment, or service using the communication methods you selected or provided.
This may include email, telephone calls, voicemail, or text messages.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and for any carrier messaging or data charges.
Privacy
Your use of the website, forms, referrals, and services is also governed by the Community Glow Privacy Policy.
Please submit only the information reasonably necessary for Community Glow to respond to your request. Do not use general website forms or email to send original medical records, financial credentials, passwords, or emergency information.
